Just a few years ago, I couldn’t run to the end of my street. I used to dread the idea of running — it felt impossible, overwhelming, and like something only “real runners” did.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve crossed finish lines in everything from road marathons to trail 10kms. I’ve stood on the podium a few times, tackled hills I once feared, and found a version of myself I never thought existed – stronger, faster, more grounded.

But running has given me more than medals or miles. It’s become my therapy, my mindset tool, my way of clearing the noise and coming back to me. And that’s why I coach – not to create elite runners, but to help everyday women realise just how powerful they can be.
