HEY, I’M BETH,

“Founder of BMF, coach, runner, lover of food, and ex-serial “start over-er.”

Hey, my name is Beth. I’m 30 years old, originally from Scotland, grew up in Spain, and now I live in Colombia – a country that stole my heart and gave me the space to rebuild myself, inside and out. But my story didn’t start here…
A few years ago, I couldn’t run to the end of my street. I was stuck in a cycle of binge eating, binge drinking and the all or nothing mindset. I felt completely overwhelmed and disconnected from my body. I was constantly tired, constantly starting over, and constantly thinking, “What’s wrong with me?”
I’ve been the girl who started again every Monday.
I’ve been the woman crying in the changing room because nothing fit.


I’ve been the person who looked in the mirror and didn’t recognise herself.
And I’ve definitely been the one who thought, “Maybe I’m just not meant to be one of those healthy people.”
But deep down, I wanted more.
Not just to be smaller but to feel free. To feel confident in my skin. To wake up with energy and purpose.
And I decided to stop waiting for the “perfect time” and start with what I had.
At first, it was slow. Uncomfortable. Awkward.
I didn’t have a fancy plan or endless motivation.
But I showed up anyway – with small changes, consistent effort, and a new promise to myself: I wouldn’t quit on me again.
Over time, those little changes became habits.
Those habits became a lifestyle.
And that lifestyle gave me my life back.
I lost over 100 lbs – not through extremes, but by learning to listen to my body, fuel it well, move in ways I actually enjoy (running became my therapy), and most importantly, by changing the way I speak to myself.
Now I help other others through the same journey.
Those who are tired of yo-yo dieting.
Those who are juggling family, work, life and have put themselves last for too long.
Those who don’t just want to lose weight, but want to feel strong, empowered and in control again.
If that sounds like you, I want you to know: you’re not broken. You’re not lazy. You’re not too far gone.
You just haven’t been given the right tools, support, or space to grow… yet.
I’m here to change that. This is more than fitness.
It’s about building a life that feels good – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
